How to write a business brief that makes a better advert

People forget adverts and remember stories. The brief is where Optiq AI finds yours, so write it the way you would explain your business to a customer standing in front of you.

Put this in

  • What you sell, in plain words: the product, the service, the price if it helps.
  • Who buys it: their age, where they live, what they care about.
  • Why they choose you over anyone else: the taste, the speed, the trust, the guarantee.
  • What you want them to do: call, visit, order, sign up, message you on WhatsApp.
  • A link, if you have one: your website or a page about you, which Optiq AI reads.
  • Your logo and product photos, so they appear as they really are.

Leave this out

  • Long lists of every product. Pick the one this advert is for.
  • Promises you cannot keep. The advert will say them out loud.
  • Instructions for every shot. Optiq AI directs; tell it the goal, not the camera angles.
